All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is mispriced or out of stock.
Offers to buy your cards are estimates until items are received and verified. Final offers may differ based on condition and authenticity.

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, contact us at info@vaultedpacks.com within 14 days of delivery.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Opened sealed product and items damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
We ship via USPS (and UPS for higher-value orders). Tracking is emailed when your order ships. High-value orders and graded slabs ship with tracking, signature confirmation, and insurance.
Shipping is calculated at checkout. We currently ship within the United States.
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact info@vaultedpacks.com and we'll make it right.
